Life Changes
Let’s be honest - change is hard. Change can happen in so many ways, and it’s easy to start feeling completely lost when you’re in the middle of having to hit the reset button on parts of your life. Just like there’s seasons to the weather, there’s seasons you’ll experience in your life. Some may be joyful, and others… not so much. No matter what, you deserve support and care through those seasons, and we can navigate it together.

Burnout
Burnout is a state of extreme exhaustion, but it’s not about just being physically tired. Burnout is physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion, and when you’re burnt to a crisp - it takes over everything. Recovering from burnout means learning what it takes to practice true restoration, and it’s so much more than just a nap. We’ll work on it as a team, and get you back to being…. You.

Caregivers
If you’re always in a position of taking care of others, it can be exhausting. People don’t see your need for relief from the demands and pressure from the people who need you. It’s difficult to figure out how to deal with ‘the system’ and the ever-evolving needs of the people you’re responsible for. You deserve the same help you give to others, and I’m here to carry some of that load for you.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy
When trauma happens, it can show up looking like not feeling safe or struggling to trust yourself or other people, upsetting memories that randomly pop up, getting stuck on thinking about topics you’d rather not think about, feeling shame and taking on responsibility for things that aren’t your fault - and so much more.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy, otherwise known as ART, is a proven method to resolve trauma, depression, grief, and other mental health issues within one to five sessions.

Family Caregiver Consultation
Caring for a spouse or a partner with a new or challenging diagnosis, feeling mounting concern for aging parents, or even planning for your own needs - each step matters, and you deserve to have support as you plan for your future or the future of a loved one.
Having a person guide you through the process of finding information and resources, while also teaching you how to set your family up for success and move forward, can bring relief in an overwhelming process.
Let’s do this together.
